Durian, King Of Fruits - Do You Dare To Take a Whiff?

It’s the durian fruit season here in Malaysia and I’m in stinky food heaven! It’s a tough fruit to crack open but once you’re in, the aroma (which can permeate steel walls 1 mile away) is to die for. Notorious for its’ indescribeable smell, this thorny fruit itself is sweet & bitter, its texture is like pudding at best and the taste…..anyway, you can read about it in my hubpages blog HERE. I purchased 8 positions on 19^th July and repurchased 2 positions a few days later have earned $114 todate, which is 50% of my original principal. The Dose Makes The Poison

“The dose makes the poison”. How does this less-known phrase affect you? It can apply to many things familiar to us on a personal level. Perhaps it’s eating that 99% fat-free ice cream in a bucket, forgetting that the other ingredients can cause havoc to your body, like excessive sugar, and other preservatives that have been cleverly hidden to the untrained eye. Let’s not forget the extra mega calories.

Have you ever thought that this phrase can apply to investing as well? Too much of a good thing can be a BAD thing. The point I’m trying to bring across is that putting in too much in one program can cause havoc to your bank account, not to mention your sanity. I am constantly dumbfounded when I read in forums about investors dumping in thousands of dollars on one program and expect to make a mountain in return. When the program folds, it’s too late to whine.

Even the most honest admins will collapse when they can’t pay their investors – or when AlertPay decides to block their account at their wimp (they’ve been doing a LOT of it lately). This can cause a program to collapse almost immediately.

So be diligent in your investment ventured. Diversify your portfolio intelligently. Have a couple of cyclers, HYIPs, auto/manual surfs and any other opportunities early in their launch. Many of the good ones may last a few months and over a year (which is rare). Recoup your principal and let your profits make more profits for you. Don’t reinvest everything for months. Withdraw every few days. Be smart, people!

Entering At Launch & Profiting Before It Fizzles

Earning passive income is an Art. Money management is a critical component in ensuring a successful investment portfolio. Getting in early, repurchasing with profits earned and cashing out at regular intervals until you’ve earned back your principal is key to staying safe in any opportunity. Today, I’ve decided to introduce a fun program called Joe Cool’s 5Bucks4U. He’s so cool, he’s got Snoopy as his mascot. How much cooler can you get??

This program introduces a special “1 Up commission plan” for introducing a member. The 1 Up system (similar to Pay-It-Forward), allows your 1^st referral to pay to YOUR sponsor instead of you. After that, the rest that join will pay only you. The beauty of it is that when your referrals get their own referrals, their 1^st one pays you. See the benefit?

As an example, let’s say you get 5 people to join you. Since the 1^st referral pays your sponsor, you will earn $5 x 4 people = $20. When these 4 bring in their 1^st referral, you get paid another $20.

It costs only $7.75 to join (including $2.75 admin fee) and with some advertising effort, you can earn $5 over and over again. The auto-upgrade button for Stage 2 is now available. It is automatically set at Auto-Upgrade and needs to be set at “OFF” if members don’t want to be upgraded when they run their Stage 2 commission soon. Make sure you leave sufficient funds in your QLreserve to upgrade automatically. If your downlines upgrade higher than your level, you will certainly lose out on commissions! How's The Traffic This Morning?

Today is a lazy day. No traffic to deal with, no bosses or colleagues to deal with. No datelines to meet. I'm saving money on petrol, toll and lunch. My typical Monday-Friday routine is:

1. Just wake up at whatever time I want

2. Get a cup of coffee and a little breakfast (I’m working on this one)

3. Turn on cable TV and maybe the air-conditioning if it’s a hot day

4. Settle down at my PC and check my daily profits & read emails

5. Go to the gym (Mon, Wed & Fri) or just read the daily paper

6. Whatever else I feel like doing….

This has roughly been my routine for over a year. Never a dull moment.

I assume that they don’t understand English but they have joined and verified their email address so they must know SOME English! If only I know a way to get them to log in into their accounts and show them $$$$.

I've been a bit of a slacker this week. Back to the gym tonight to start my 2nd cycle of chest and triceps workout to get those pecs pumped and a fun session of latin dance class. Aaaah, that's life!
Update 16/7: Dumbell incline press - squeezed 3 extra reps out of 25lbs per side. Thor, look out!
